Are prices listed with GST or excluding GST?

All prices listed on the website exclude GST, unless otherwise specified.

What’s your pricing like?

For diagnostics and electrical repairs, we charge a minimum of 1 hour for a job, at 150 per hour. After the hour mark, we charge on 5 minute increments. Repair pricing excludes part replacement costs, and other material costs.
For Repairs, Installations, and coding services, please contact us to get a more accurate quote.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. For electrical repairs, we have a 3 month warranty. Warranty is void if a third party interferes with the work we carried out. Under some circumstances, such as the customer not taking our repair advice for cost cutting, we will inform the customer that we cannot provide a warranty for electrical repairs.
For installations, warranties vary from product to product. Please contact us for more information on product warranties.

Do you provide a courtesy vehicle?

Unfortunately, at this point, we don’t provide courtesy vehicles.

Do you provide service reports for insurance claims?

Yes, we carry out detailed reporting of the work that is performed upon request.

Are you a WINZ approved supplier?

Yes, we are.

Can you repair parts?

In some instances, we can carry out circuit board repairs, especially if a part is impossible to find. However, we don’t generally repair parts such as alternators, starters, fuel pumps, etc.
