When it comes to Installations and Repairs, all electricals are securely fixed to the utmost professional standards. Wiring is always soldered, wiring looms are always professionally packaged and hidden as much as possible. We take safety very seriously.
Yes! All our work is warrantied. At the end of the day we are all human and are prone to making mistakes. That being said, if we have made a misdiagnosis, wired something incorrectly, or have installed a faulty unit, we are taking the blame. All units provided and installed by us come with a 2 year warranty. If we have made a misdiagnosis, we will carry out further diagnostics for FREE (if we carry out the repairs) until the issue is resolved. If we can’t figure out the issue, we will fully refund all costs. Please note that tampering with our work voids the warranty.
